Creating a seamless HMI platform for the machines of Glaston CH. Integration of apps.

## Project description

The goal is to develop a user-oriented HMI solution that optimally connects and makes the machines and processes of Glaston easy to operate.

- Process optimization:  
  Seamless integration of machines in the production line for higher efficiency.
- User-friendliness:  
  Consistent, intuitive UX/UI design for easy operation and quick onboarding.
- Additional benefits through apps:  
  Development of apps with features such as process analysis and maintenance assistance to ease operations.
- Future-proofing:  
  Modular, expandable solution to adapt to future requirements.
- Efficiency improvement:  
  Reduction of downtime, better process overview, and increased productivity.

The HMI solution is designed to improve operation and process control while also providing added value for users and production.

### Project scope:

- UX/UI-Design:  
  Alphagate creates a consistent and intuitive user experience tailored to the needs of the operators.
- HMI Development:  
  Implementation of a cross-platform user interface that optimizes the control and monitoring of machine processes.
- Process Support:  
  Assistance in aligning machine processes to enable seamless collaboration of machines within the production line.
- Additional benefits through Apps:  
  Development of user-friendly apps that provide specific functions and analyses to further enhance operations.

Different machines with varying controls and technologies must be seamlessly integrated into production lines.

Process synchronization
